What is your typical technology stack?
We default to Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase or PlanetScale for the database layer. For AI features we use the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, LangChain for agentic workflows, and Pinecone or pgvector for embeddings. Everything ships to Vercel.
How do you handle data privacy with LLMs?
We never send personally identifiable data to third-party model providers without explicit client consent. For sensitive use cases we use dedicated instances, zero-retention API agreements, or self-hosted open-weight models (Llama 3, Mistral) on private infrastructure.
What is the expected timeline for an MVP?
Our MVP tier delivers in approximately 2 weeks. Week 1 is design, architecture, and core feature build. Week 2 is QA, iteration, and handoff. Timeline starts from the day the brief is approved, not from the first contact.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Every tier includes a dedicated support window (14–60 days depending on tier). Beyond that, our Growth Retainer keeps us engaged month-to-month for feature iterations, bug fixes, and marketing.
Can you inherit and refactor an existing codebase?
Yes, with a codebase audit first. We review the existing repo, document what we find, and agree on a scope before any changes. This typically adds 2–5 days to the timeline and is quoted separately.
Who owns the intellectual property?
You do, 100%. Upon final payment we transfer all code, assets, and documentation. We retain no licence to your product. The only exception is open-source libraries, which retain their original licences.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, always. We sign a mutual NDA before any scoping call where proprietary details are shared. Your idea and business information stay confidential.
Can I see examples of your work before signing?

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We stand behind our work. If we deliver something that doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it at no extra cost. If we fundamentally miss the mark, we offer a refund. That's why the scoping call exists — to align before a single line of code is written.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes — most of our clients are non-technical. The intake form and scoping call are designed to translate your idea into a clear technical spec. You'll never need to write a user story or read a line of code. We handle everything.
